,population of the town in the beginning of 2077 B.S. (pt) = 1,14,444

Step-by-step explanation:

given,

the population of a town In the beginning of 2074 B.s(P) = 1,00,000

growth of population (R) = 2%

the population of migrated there from different

places in the beginning of 2075 B.S. = 8000

population of the town in the beginning of 2077 B.S.= ?

we know,

the population of begining2075B.S= p(1+ R\100)^T+ in migrated

= 100000( 1+2\100)^1 + 8000

= 100000(1.02) + 8000

=102,000 +8000

=110,000

so the population of begining 2075 B.S = 110,000

Again,

the population of begining 2075 B.S(P) = 1,10,000

time (T) = 2years [ ;. beginning ( 2077- 2075 = 2years]

Rate (R) = 2%

we know,

population of the town in the beginning of 2077 B.S.

(pt) = p(1+R \100) ^T

= 1,10,000 ( 1+ 2\100) ^2

= 1,10,000 ( 1.02) ^2

= 1,10,000 x 1.0404

= 1,14,444

thus, population of the town in the beginning of 2077 B.S. (pt) = 1,14,444
