e/m for electrons depends on which thing ( nature of annode or nature of cathode)​

Cathode rays are always electrons hence the e/m is fixed (for low velocities) to that of the electron. By Anode rays, I assume you to mean positively charged nuclei (i.e. an atom minus its electrons). These particles are therefore the nucleus of the gas.
