it depends upon on how friendly you two are.
its hard to rephrase a message without knowing that.
although personally, I would add a little more to the message.
for example:

Hi XY,
haven't seen you for a while, I hope you are well?
would you have time in the next few days to meet for a coffee, there's something I would like your opinion on/ share with you/ exciting to discuss.
I'm free most evening/ lunchtime/ morning's,
let me know what works for you.

your name

if you are on quite friendly terms, the phrasing doesn't matter that much.
and yours is perfectly fine.
