well got it
see take a light emitting substance in space so it has light which is KE1 and lets say it goes in a spaceship to conserve its light emmision as CONSERVATION OF ENERGY

so KE before = KE after
and hence
V before =V after
so
when u see the cat move from out of the spaceship u see the cat moves faster than spaceship this is
RELATIVE DOPPLER EFFECT
so E into E (1 + V^2/2c^2) where c is speed of light
now
KE1 - E = KE2 - E (1 + V^2/2c^2)
KE1 - E = KE2 +E (V^2/2c^2)
so E gets canceled
KE1-E(1 + V^2/2c^2) = KE2
so Ke before is more
than after
hence
0.5m1v2- E(1 + V^2/2c^2) =
0.5m2v2
so after cancel
we see
m1 -m2 = change in M
E/c2 = M
E = mc2
