the dimension of energy = [M L^2 T^-2]

the dimension of mass =[M]

the dimension of c^2-[L^2 T^-2]

therefore dimension of mc^2=[M L^2 T^-2]

since the dimension of E is equal to mc^2,hence einstein's equation is dimensionally consistent.
