perimeters of triangle = 120 cm

ratio of sides = 5:12:13

multiplying with constantly x

so, 1st side = 5x

2nd side = 12x

3rd side = 13x

perimeter of triangle = side + side + side

120 = 5x+12x+13x

120 = 30x

x = 120÷30

x = 4 cm

so 1st side = 5x = 5×4 = 20cm

2nd side = 12x = 12×4 = 48cm

3rd side = 13x = 13×4 = 52cm
