let first side be x, second side be x-8 and third side be (x-8+4) i.e. (x-4)

34 = x + x-8 + x-4

34 = 3x - 12

46/3 = x

15.9 = x

1st side = 15.9 cm

2nd side = 7.9 cm

3rd side = 11.9 cm
