• The first step in the Requirement engineering process is the feasibility study. The Feasibility study is based mainly on the necessity of the proposed system in the organization and the domain information of the system.

• The first step is to gather, analyze and develop requirements from the Concept of Operations (CONOPS), stakeholder needs, objectives, and other external requirements. Once they are documented , then prioritized, de-conflicted, and validated with the stakeholders.
