ans 1.So manufactured fabric would include fabric like bamboo and rayon that come from wood pulp and man-made fabric that come from a chemical source would include fabrics like nylon, acetate and polyester that come from petroleum-derived chemicals and plastics.

ans 2.Blending is accomplished before spinning and is performed to impart such desirable characteristics as strength or durability, to reduce cost by combining expensive fibres with less costly types, or to achieve special colour or texture effects. Fabrics made from such fibres are called blends.

ans 3. Nylon fibres are used in making ropes for mountain climbing because they are having great tensile strength.

ans 4.The fabric used in a good-quality umbrella canopy is usually a nylon taffeta rated at 190T (190 threads per inch), with an acrylic coating on the underside and a scotch-guard type finish on the top.

ans 5.Both nylon and polyester may be produced using synthetic processes involving thermo plastic polymers. However, nylon is made from polyamides, while polyester is made from various polyester materials and is also able to be manufactured using plant materials. Another difference between the two is the way that they feel.
