Solution :

Let the number be : E

LCM of (2, 3, 4 ,5 ,6) = 60

smallest positive integer = 1

E  = K ( 60) +1

if k =1 we get

E = 61

therefore 61 is the smallest positive interger which when divided bt 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6

leaves remainder 1
