There is no life on Jupiter because it's not ready to conduct a life on that planet. there is a very big difference between the temperature, pressure, oxygen is also not available there, there is no availability of water.

In fact the humans and many other organisms are not able to adapt that atmosphere.

but it is said that it's not impossible to live on Jupiter because it's surrounded by a dense liquid hydrogen extending up to 90% of the Jupiter's diametre and there are various cracks on the surface of the Jupiter.

Jupiter is made up of mostly hydrogen and helium gas and there is no presence of oxygen. so life is not possible there but maybe after sometime it can be possible.....
