Answer: 1. Human beings are considered resource because human beings can discover, develop and convert the natural resources into useful things as per their requirements

2. Fossils fuels and metal ores are considered a non-renewable resource. Fossil fuels are considered nonrenewable resources because they are a finite resource being used faster than they can be replenished. And Metal ores are considered a non-renewable resource because the processes needed to produce them take much longer than a lifetime,  because the processes needed to produce them take much longer than a lifetime.

3.  Potential resource are the resources whose entire quantity may not be known and these are not being used at present. Potential resource can become a real resource when proper human resource, science and technology are present.
