[ 72 - 12 ÷ 3 × 2 ] + ( 18 - 6 ) ÷ 4 = [ 72 - 4 × 2 ] + 12 ÷ 4 = [ 72 - 8 ] + 3=64 + 3= 67

So, 67 is the answer.
