Independence Day :
After nearly 200 years of British rule, India attained independence in 1947. On 15th August, India emerged as a free country after the freedom struggle. On this day, we remember those who fought for our freedom. The President’s address is on 14th August. On Independence Day, the prime minister arrives at the red fort in New Delhi. The prime minister hoists the flag and the national anthem plays. Schools also raise the flag. The armed forces have a parade.
Republic Day :
This day is to mark the adoption of the Constitution on 26th January 1950. The parade starts from Rashtrapati Bhavan to Rajpath. The President hoists the flag, and the national anthem was sung. It is a ceremony with the armed forces and displays of many states with a presentation of bravery awards.
Honesty implies being truthful. Honesty means to develop a practice of speaking truth throughout life. A person who practices Honesty in his/her life, possess strong moral character. An Honest person shows good behavior, always follows rules and regulations, maintain discipline, speak the truth, and is punctual. An honest person is trustworthy as he always tends to speak the truth.

Honesty is always admirable in the family, civil society, friends and across the globe. A person with honesty is respected by all. Parents showing honest behavior and character in front of their children create an impact on the children and we say “Honesty lies in their genes”.
