E. You are senior accountant in Capital Goods Pvt. Ltd., Chennai. The firm had placed an order with
M/s Khanna Plastic Works, Coimbatore for the supply of 200 plastic chairs. However, Capital Goods
Pvt. Ltd. has now decided to have steel chairs instead of plastic chairs. Write a letter to M/s Khanna
Plastic Works cancelling the order. Also, express your apology too for the inconvenience caused.​
