Mixture becomes this way.

16L of A & 4L of B. Total liquid is 20.

So, ratio for A = 16/20 and for B = 4/20. Now again 4L of mixture is taken out and 4L of liquid B is added.

16 - 16/20*4 : 4 - 4/20*4 +4

= 16 : 9
