Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Each good worker can paint   house alone in 12 hours.

=> Each good worker can paint in 1 hr = 1/12

3 good worker can paint in 1 hr = 3/12  = 1/4

3 good worker can paint in 3 hr  = 3/4

Remaining work = 1 - 3/4 = 1/4

Each bad worker can paint  house alone in 36 hours.

=> Each bad worker can paint in 1 hr = 1/36

=> Each bad worker can paint in 3 hr = 3/36  = 1/12

=> n bad worker can paint in 3 hr = n/12

n/12 = 1/4

=> n = 12/4

=> n = 3

3 bad workers are required
