SoluTion :-

\sf {Let\ P\ be\ the\ probability\ of\ choosing\ any\ letter\ except\ Z.}\\\\\\\\\sf {No.\ of\ favourable\ outcomes\ (Letters\ that\ are\ not\ Z) = 25}\\\\\\\\\sf {No.\ of\ possible\ outcomes\ (26\ alphabets\ in\ English)=26}

\sf {Probability:-}

\sf {P=\frac{25}{26}=0.96 }\\\\\\\sf {Or,}\\\\\\\sf {96\ \%}

Total possible outcomes = 26

No. of favourable outcomes = 25

P (getting a letter other than z) = 25/26 = 0.961
