ANSWER
__________________________

The Median of an equilateral triangle is also the Altitude of the triangle.

It is because Angle bisectors, Medians and Altitudes overlap each other in an equilateral triangle.

Altitude = (root(3) / 2) × side

=> 4 cm = ( root (3) / 2 ) × side

=> side = 4×2 / root (3)

=> side = 8/root (3)

=> side = 4.618 cm
