Let's assume total sallery is (y)

Now

25% on rent

25/100=1/4

So remain 3/4

Next on

Mother

(40%)

40/100=2/5

So remain 3/5

Next 40% on Other items

40/100=2/5

Than Remain 3/5

And now saving after 5 month is 1,08,000

So one month saving is

108000/5= 21600

Now

Y ×3/4 ×3/5 ×3/5 = 21600

Y=80000

So rent is-

80000×25% = 20000 Ans.
