it would be a balanced wheatstones bridge

So the capacitor c3 can be removed

So the net capacitance = 1+1 =2farad

I have redrawn the fig.

By using wheat stone bridge;we can neglect C3(as in fig).

By using parallel and series capacitors formulae.

Equivalent capacitance becomes 2F.
