Let the two sides be 3x
Then,perimeter=sum of all sides
A/C 3x + 3x + x = 28cm
7x = 28
x = 28/7
x = 4
Thus , two sides are 3x = 3 × 4 = 12 cm
and third side is x = 4 cm.
