Given:
2 sides of a square are (8a-7) and (3a+13)
We know that, sides of a square are equal.
--> 8a-7=3a+13
--> 8a-3a= 13+7
--> 5a= 20
--> a= 4 cm.
Area of a square=S×S
=4×4
=16 cm^2.
Hope it helps. :-)
