Given:

2 sides of a square are (8a-7) and (3a+13)

We know that, sides of a square are equal.

--> 8a-7=3a+13

--> 8a-3a= 13+7

--> 5a= 20

--> a= 4 cm.

Area of a square=S×S

=4×4

=16 cm^2.
