Answer A student may take a glass of milk and a banana early morning gives him protiens. In lunch eat medium food and take 2 glasses of water and do jogging after you eat and also eat an boiled egg which gives you high protiens and you can stabilize yourselves. At night don't eat to much take light weight food, so because if eat too much your intestines cannot digest your food, as you sleep to night.
