Total money =625
Conductor contribution =49
Total money which collected by passengers in bus =625-49=576
Hence,

No. Of passengers in bus =
 \sqrt{576 }  = 24

Let the no of passengers on the bus be x
Therefore, contribution by each passengers = ₹ x
BTP,
x^2 = 625 - 49
= 576
x = √576
= 24
Therefore there are 24 passengers in the bus.
