Here,

The width of each sweater = 6 inches,

The height of each sweater = 4 inches,

Also,

2 inches width = 11 stitches

1 inch width = 11/2 stitches

This implies, 6 inches width = 6 × stitches in 1 inch

                                              = 6 × 11/2

                                              = 33 stitches

While,

3 inches height = 21 rows

1 inch height = 7 rows

This implies, 4 inches height = 4 × rows in 1 inch

                                              = 4 × 7

                                              = 28 rows.

Therefore, there would be 33 stitches and 28 rows.
