let x and y be length and breadth respectively
perimeter1=2(x+y)
area1=xy
if sides are doubled the
length=2x
breadth=2y
perimeter2=2(2x+2y)
=4(x+y)
area2=4xy
perimeter1/perimeter2=1/2
area1/area2=1/4
