Each side of a rhombus is 13 cm and one diagonal is 10 cm. Find
(1) the length of its diagonals (2)the area of the rhombus​

since the diagonals meet at right angles it divides the rhombus into 4 congruent triangles

therefore, it divides the diagonal into halves

from the fig in triangle ABC

13^2=x^2+ 5^2

x =12 ..

therefore diagonal is 2x =24

i) 24

ii)area = Length of diagnals ×lenght of another diagonal /2

=(24×10)/2

=120
