Diagonal of rhombus divide the rhombus in two equal parts so we find the area of 1st triangle

Area of triangle by herons formula

√s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

a=15,b=15,c=24

Here s=a+b+c/2 =27

Heron's formula=√27(27-15)(27-15)(27-24)

3×3×12=108cm^2

Area of 1st triangle=Area of 2nd triangle

108=108

Area of rhombus=Area of 1st triangle=Area of 2nd triangle

Area of rhombus=108+108

=216cm^2
