other diagonal will be of lenght

 \sqrt{(61 {)}^{2} - \: ( \frac{22 {}^{2} }{2 {}^{2})  }  }  = diagonal
it is bcoz diagonal intersect at perpendicular
diagonal will be
 =   \sqrt{3600}  \\  = 60cm
and as we know area of rhombus

 =  \frac{1}{2}  \times first \: diagonal \times second \: diagonal
=1/2 ×60 × 22
= 660 cm^2
