area \: of \: square \:  =  {side}^{2}

 =  { (\frac{14}{3} })^{2}

 =  \frac{14 \times 14}{3 \times 3}

 =  \frac{196}{9}

 = 21.78(approx \: )

thus , Area of square = 21.78 meter square ( approximately )
