Side of the square field = 21m.
Since the Ratio of sides of rectangular field is 4:3, therefore,
Let the dimensions of rectangle be '4x' & '3x'.

Acc. to Question,
Perimeter of Square = Perimeter of rectangle
=> 4 × side = 2(l+b)
=> 4 × 21 = 2(4x + 3x)
=> 84 = 2 × 7x
=> 7x = 84/2
=> x = 42/7
=> x = 6.

Therefore, length of Rectangle = 4x = 4×6 = 24.
and breadth of Rectangle = 3x = 3×6 = 18.
