To find : area of square - shaped field

Given : side of square -shaped field  150\ m

Solution :

  • We know that all four sides of square are equal .
  • If ' $a$ ' is the side of square then area of square is given by,
  • Area of square = a^{2}
  • Therefore, by substituting the value in above formula we find perimeter.
  • Area of square field  = (150)^{2}

                                          = 22500\ m^{2}

Hence, area of square -shaped field is 22500\ m^{2} .
