• Perimeter of given triangle

Solution :

• Let the perimeter of given triangle be x

We know that , triangle has 3 sides

Each side of triangle is increased by 10cm then,

• x + 30 cm (perimeter of given triangle)

According to question ,

》x + 30 / x = 5/4

》4x + 120 = 5x

》5x - 4x = 120

》x = 120

Hence , Perimeter of given triangle is 120cm

Verification :

》4x + 120 = 5x

》4(120) + 120 = 5(120)

》480 + 120 = 600

》600 = 600
