SinCe it is given that perimeter of rectangle=perimeter of square
I.E.=2(l+b) = 4×S
since sides of rectangle are in ratio of 4:3
take length as 4x and breadth as 3 x
so according to condition
2(4x+3x)=4×21(sides of square is given 21m)
4x+3x=84/2=42
7x=42
x=42/7=6
x=6
so length of rectangle is 4x=4×6=24m
and breadth is 3x=3×6=18m

This is ur Answer☺☺

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

As the two perimeters are same so , actual perimeters of the two = 21×2= 84

Now, 84÷2 = 42m.

Let the length and breadth be 4x and 3x.

So, 4x + 3x = 7x

Therefore 7x = 42m

Now, 42 ÷ 7 = 6m.

Length = 6×4=24m

Breadth = 6×3=18m.

So this is the easiest way to do this particular sum
