In Andhra pradesh, the tribal people in gudem hills started guerrilla war. Alluri Sitaram Raju was there leader. He was a big fan of M. K. Gandhi and got inspired by NCM. He persuaded people to wear khadi and give up drinking. But the problem was that he thought violence must be used in order to liberate India. In 1924,Raju was caught and was executed.
