The interior part having depth of 3500km is called core part of the Earth.

The Earth's interior is made of three layers. These are as given below:

  1. Crust: It is the outward part of the Earth and has depth of 5-70 km.
  2. Mantle: It is the central part of the Earth with depth of 2900km.
  3. Core: It is the interior of the Earth with depth below 2900 km.

The diagrammatic representation of Earth interior is also attached for better understanding.
