do u know electrons revolves around nucleus even it contains protons. + ,- charges always attracts each.
but like poles -,- or +,+ will never attracts each other. They repels .
Just like that because of axis of earth's rotation the two poles generated we called as north pole , south pole and they are not like poles that they will repel.
U just take a sphere and try to rotate it.
The upper and lower ends will be in two poles.
To be in equilibrium the poles never acts force even if they are charged.
