Earth has a diameter of 12.742 kilometers, and the formula for the surface area is 4.pi.r², considering Earth a perfect sphere.
So, Earth has a total of 510.000.000 km². Knowing that we have 3/4 of that area covered by water, we get ourselves only 127.500.000km².
We will reach 8 billion people soon, so:
127.500.000 km² / 8.000.000.000 = 0,016 km²
Knowing that 1 km² is 1.000.000 m², each of us would have 16.000 m². Try to imagine yourself walking for 126,5 m, turning left, walking another 126,5 m, turning left again, and doing that 2 times more.
Now the losses: montains, jungles, forests, deserts, crop fields, factories, and so on….
Well, I think I'll keep my 60m² apartment.
I hope I helped!

The total land surface area of Earth is about 57,308,738 square miles, of which about 33% is desert and about 24% is mountainous. Subtracting this uninhabitable 57% (32,665,981 mi2) from the total land area leaves 24,642,757 square miles or 15.77 billion acres of habitable land."
