earth's core is hot then why it doesn't convert in gas or plasma

Earth core is hot and it does not converted into plasma or gas because inside earth the pressure is infinite and don't create it to plasma or gas

Due to infinite pressure inside Earth , the core doesnot convert into gas or plasma. the Temperature of Earth's core is about 6000C and along with pressure it cannot change into plasma and gaseous state
