It is Given that,

  • Perimeter = 30cm.

  • Width Of Rectangle = 6cm.

We need to Find,

  • Length Of Rectangle.

Solution :-

Let, Length = x.

Perimeter = 2(l + b).

➭ 2(x + 6) = 30.

➭ 2x + 12 = 30.

➭ 2x = 30 – 12.

➭ 2x = 18.

➭ x = 18 ÷ 2.

➭ x = 9.

Therefore, Length Of Rectangle = 9 cm.

Solution

Given ,

  • the width of the rectangle is 6 CM .
  • the perimeter of the rectangle is 30 cm .

To find ,

  • we have to find here the length of the rectangle

So ,

Let the length be "x" .

Now ,

  • we all know that ; perimeter of rectangle = 2( length+ breadth )

putting the values in the formula of perimeter of triangle we get ;

=> 2(x+6)=30

=> 2x+12 = 30

=> 2x=30-12

=>2x = 18

=> x = 18/2

=> x = 9

The length the of the rectangle is 9 CM .
