We have a tradition of celebrating birthdays in our country. Our scriptures recognise that human births are found after many virtues. We have been praying that we live a hundred years while performing actions. Perhaps, earlier, this tradition would have started with the King Maharajas and then came to the public. Now, it is the common custom of celebrating birthdays. The birthdays of the leaders are celebrated nationally and at the family level of ordinary individuals. Tomorrow is 29Th January and my birthday too. I am 12 years old and will enter the thirteenth year tomorrow. Birthday is the happiest day for me. The family greets the birth day in the morning.
