The festival of Teej was celebrated by Satguru Ram Singh Basant Park on behalf of Basant Park Service Society. In this, new bride and women enjoyed Punjabi bids, giddha and swing. Harivinder Kaur, the head of the women's wing of society, also congratulated everyone on this festival of Teej. Everyone entertained together on Punjabi folk songs. At the fair, food stalls were also earmarked for women from the society. Jasbir Kaur, Paramjit Kaur Delloah, Neelam Bhatia, Baljeet Kaur, Surinder Kaur and other members of the society were also present on this occasion.
