The Earth of my dreams,

Was as sweet as ice-creams

Until was introduced waste:

There was waste of everything-paper, glass

And even of packets of toothpaste!

The Earth of my dreams,

Was as clear as water of streams

Until came pollution,

It entered this tender Earth

Without giving us a caution!

The Earth was once filled

With scented, colorful flowers,

But now,

Nothing, but tall towers!

Smoke from cars and tractors,

Is one of the main factors

For having caused pollution,

But what can we do?

Nothing!

For it has left us without a solution!

The Earth was so, very tender

But what have we done?

Just made yet another big blunder

Tortured our Mother Earth-

A sweet soul,

Who gave us birth.

But it is never too late,

If we make up our minds,

We can change fate…

Save this lovely world,

A new future for this Earth,

We shall mould.
