   Science is important as we need to understand the way the world works.  Science creates discoveries and inventions.  Science allows one to be objective, accurate, be learn scientific attitude, go away from superstitions and lay foundations for progress.

   Science leads to progresses in engineering, medicine, chemicals, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, computers and electronics.  Learning science enables us to take care of ourselves in a better way.  Science helps us to be on par with the rest of the world.

   We can find better agricultural products, better methods of farming, better ways of manufacturing electronics, new medicines and so on.
