Sportsmanship means to play fair, follow the rules of the game, respect the team-mates and to be gracious in victory and defeat. We should not cheat in-game because Sportsmanership is a direct reflection of our moral values in real life.
Team spirit is also an important element of sportsmanship. In games, the players must co-operate with another if they wish to win a match. Without mutual cooperation success is impossible.
The spirit of sportsmanship demands cheerfulness even in the face of defeat too. The is always a next match and players should at least being aware of things that in which they need to improve.
The human brain is the most developed of all beings. On the strength of its brain, it has gained authority over the whole world and is on a path of progress day by day, but the human brain can remain healthy only when its body is healthy.
'Healthy brain resides in a healthy body'.
