as we know( mass of electron / charge of electron )have a constant ratio.......

and mass of proton is approx. 1836 times of mass of proton ......so

mass of 1 proton/ charge of 1 electron also have a constant ratio.....

Z/m can also be treated as

no. of protons * mass of one proton / charge of electron....

thus the ratio varies according to no. of protons.....

so the ratio is.....7:8: 9
