Since everything is a part of this environment of something else, we use the term environment talking about various things. People in different fields use this term differently.
The air we breathe, the water we drink, the natural elements that we see around, they all constitute the environment. The clean environment is the basic need for a healthy and prosperous life of an individual and society as a whole. A healthy environment means a balanced ecosystem necessary for the survival of all living and non-living organisms on our planet.
