Balance diet means taking good food according to the needs of our body and doing exercises to keep our body fit. In these modern days people are busy and they don't have time to look after their health . This is the cause for many diseases in the modern days. We heard about the news that very young people are dying because of heart attacks and strokes . This is the result of modern lifestyle.
This can be overcome by a balanced diet and meditations ,yoga etc. We have to avoid junkies . They are very harmful for our body. We have to take homely ,healthy and nourishing food. Then only our body stay healthy. Remember the say that An Healthy Body Only Have A Healthy Mind.
