nanu6345: 1) Meditate for 5mins before you sit to study... 2) Reward yourself after you study and make that your motivation ... 3) Shut down your phone and keep it in a different room ...4) Read out loud ...... HOPE THESE HELP

Try to give up your phone or pc, give it to ur parents or teachers

Always remember your parents when u get distracted

*To concentrate on study you should try to avoid use of social media.

*you should make less friends.

*Avoid unnecessary issues of discussion and debate.

* both mental and physical presence while study is necessary.

*try to spend more time on study.
